We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business and factory operations while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational workflows, managing cross-functional activities, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily business and factory operations to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, quality, sales, and finance teams.

Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Identify process improvements and implement operational best practices.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between the management team and internal departments.

Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment on business priorities.

Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.

Business & Factory Coordination





Support production planning and operational scheduling.

Ensure smooth coordination between office and factory operations.

Monitor inventory, procurement, dispatch, and operational timelines.

Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management updates.

Leadership Support

Work closely with senior management on strategic and operational initiatives.

Assist in business planning, process documentation, and implementation of SOPs.

Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

6–12 years of experience in Operations, Plant/Factory Operations, Production Coordination, or Business Operations.

Experience in the Packaging, Manufacturing, Printing, FMCG, or Industrial sector is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
