Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline retail operations across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain operational standards, drive sales performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business efficiency and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership ,hands-on experience in retail operations management. Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Management  Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores to ensure smooth functioning.  Monitor store performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with company SOPs.

 Ensure excellent customer service standards across all locations.  Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.

Team Management & Leadership

 Manage, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.  Coordinate with Store Managers and Sales Executives for performance improvement.  Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and manpower planning initiatives.  Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.

Sales & Business Performance

 Track sales performance, KPIs, conversions, ATV,



and productivity metrics.  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive store revenue and footfall.  Analyze business reports and identify areas for operational improvement.

 Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. Inventory & Process Management  Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment processes.  Ensure proper stock handling and minimize inventory discrepancies.  Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for smooth stock flow.  Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce losses. Coordination & Compliance

 Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply

Chain.  Ensure stores comply with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational guidelines.  Resolve operational challenges and escalations in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.  5–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, eyewear, or

FMCG retail.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and retail performance analysis.  Ability to multitask and manage multiple store operations effectively.  Willingness to travel for store visits and operational reviews.
