Your Role

Oversee day-to-day IAM operations (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access provisioning, deprovisioning)

Ensure SLA adherence, service availability, and incident resolution

Manage IAM support teams and vendors

Document technical processes, SOPs.

Drive system health monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning

Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Support access certifications, SoD controls, and audit remediation

Provide reporting on KPIs, risks, and operational metrics

Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual efforts

Lead, mentor, and develop IAM operations teams

Manage capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews

Your Skills

6-8 years in IAM,



with strong operations leadership experience

Hands-on knowledge of IGA, RBAC/ABAC models

Experience with tools like RSA

Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and risk frameworks

Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Excellent written and spoken English.a
