At Inc42, we are in search of an Operations Manager — Events & Experiences, Inc42 Courses who excels in a dynamic environment and relishes both strategic and day-to-day operational challenges. Inc42 Courses runs India's most respected founder-education programs — D2CX, D2CX Foundations, and D2CX.AI — and every one of them is delivered through live experiences: cohort kickoffs, weekly live sessions, masterclasses, in-person Basecamps, offsites and retreats, demo days, convocations, and alumni gatherings. Several hundred founders pass through these rooms every year.

As the Operations Manager for Inc42 Courses, you will own the entire event calendar across every program in the vertical — from ideation to execution.

Your responsibilities will include running the full event lifecycle, managing speaker and faculty logistics, coordinating venue and vendor relationships, handling participant communication, resolving issues in real time, and controlling costs. Beyond the events themselves, your role will extend into cohort delivery operations — session scheduling, platform and production setup, attendance and engagement tracking, and the build-out of SOPs that make each cohort run tighter than the last. These responsibilities will demand strong financial acumen and the ability to use data to solve operational problems.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and the Founder's Office, gaining unparalleled insight into how a leading tech media and education business actually runs. Our ideal candidate is an experienced troubleshooter with a background in events or operations, preferably from a up-to-date media brand, an edtech or accelerator setup, or a tech startup. If you're looking to make a significant impact and grow alongside a dynamic company, we want to hear from you.

Own the master events calendar across D2CX, D2CX Foundations, D2CX.AI, and any new program launched in the vertical.

Run in-person formats end to end: cohort kickoffs, Basecamps, offsites and retreats, masterclasses, demo days, convocations, and alumni meet-ups.

Own speaker and faculty logistics — confirmations, briefs, travel, hospitality, on-day handling, and post-event follow-through.

Serve as the pivotal point for cross-functional coordination, bringing together content, marketing, design, BrandLabs, and the Founder's Office for unified execution.

Negotiate with venues, agencies, and vendors to secure optimal rates without compromising the experience.

Tackle event-centric hurdles through methodical planning and diligent execution — and troubleshoot live, in the room, when plans move.

Perform quality-check audits and prepare SOPs for every recurring event format. Live Session & Cohort Delivery Operations Own the operational running of all live online sessions — scheduling, platform setup, speaker onboarding, moderation support, recordings, and post-session distribution.

Coordinate with speakers and faculty on session dates, pre-reads, decks, and technical readiness so no session starts cold.

Manage participant communication across the cohort lifecycle — invites, reminders, joining instructions, calendars, resources, and follow-ups.

Track attendance, engagement,

and drop-offs; flag at-risk participants and close the loop with the program team.

Ensure every session's outputs — recordings, playbooks, templates, resources — reach fellows on time and in the right format.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget.

Strong with numbers, analytical, fast in decision-making, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.

Comfortable running multiple events and cohorts in parallel across overlapping timelines.

Skills Proficient communicator with a keen sense of aesthetics and a high bar for participant experience.

Ability to network, negotiate, and close deals with venues, vendors, and agencies.
