About Us

Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited (BlynkEx) is a Bhopal-based fintech company and registered P2P virtual digital asset service provider, facilitating buying and selling of digital assets on leading global trading platforms. We run 24x7 operations across three shifts with a team of 35+.

Role

Independently own our night shift (1:00 AM – 9:00 AM): lead the shift team, keep order processing accurate and on time, and hand over a clean shift each morning. Reports to the General Manager – Operations & Compliance.

Responsibilities

- Own shift operations end to end: order processing, payment verification, and settlement across multiple platforms.
- Supervise and allocate work to a shift team of 8–12; act as final decision-maker on the floor.
- Monitor live order queues and turnaround times; resolve stuck orders, disputes, and escalations.
- Enforce SOP adherence, error logging, and corrective follow-up.
- Conduct structured handovers and submit accurate end-of-day reports.




- Track team performance on productivity, accuracy, attendance, and discipline; coach and give feedback.
- Coordinate with compliance on verification checks and flagged transactions.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years in operations, back-office, BPO, banking, or fintech, including 1+ year of team handling.
- Willing to work a permanent night shift, on-site in Bhopal.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel and reporting skills.
- Clear communication in Hindi and English; high integrity with financial data.
- Calm, decisive judgment under live operational pressure.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
