Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Hoshangabad MP.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring workflows to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Responsibilities include supervising ground teams, allocating resources, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, reporting on operational performance to senior management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management, team supervision, and workflow coordination in a similar role.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.

Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including use of basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).

Knowledge of process improvement practices and an aptitude for implementing standard operating procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Willingness to work in office in Ahmedabad and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
