About Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to support the day-to-day business functions, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational tasks and processes.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Help in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic analysis.
- Use task management tools like Jira or ClickUp to track and manage workflows effectively.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.




- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
