About the Internship

FITT is looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to support the successful execution of FITT Forward, one of our flagship annual events. This internship offers an chance to gain hands-on experience in event management, stakeholder coordination, and professional communication while working closely with the organizing team. Duration- 1.5 months

Number of Openings- 4 interns Roles and Responsibilities The selected interns will be responsible for:

· Assisting in the planning and execution of FITT Forward.

· Coordinating with speakers, participants, start ups, vendors, and other stakeholders.

· Following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Supporting communication through emails and phone calls.

· Assisting in scheduling meetings and maintaining coordination trackers.

· Managing registrations and participant data.

· Providing on-ground support during the event.

· Assisting with logistics, documentation, and other operational activities as assigned. Eligibility





· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good organizational and coordination abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience in organizing college events or festivals will be an added advantage. What You'll Gain
