Biotastic Health Systems is India's only premium recovery engineering company. We design, sell, and install Ice Baths, Hybrid Infrared Saunas, Red-Light Therapy systems, and Hyperbaric Oxygen chambers for high-performance individuals, luxury hotels, and professional sports teams across India. Our clients include five-star hotel groups, IPL franchises, and elite athletes.

We sell and install everything ourselves. That means operations is not a support function here — it is a core competitive advantage. Why this internship exists

Our operations function is being built right now. The checklists, trackers, and processes a growing equipment company needs are still being written — so instead of shadowing a finished system, you will help build one. Everything you touch is something a paying client will see. What you will actually do

Run the pre-dispatch checklist before any equipment leaves the warehouse — model and serial number, accessories and spares, manuals, packing condition, and the full document set

Confirm site readiness with clients before every installation — access route, power, water inlet, drainage, working space — and chase the missing confirmations until you have them in writing

Maintain the installation, dispatch, and inventory trackers, and build the weekly operations summary

Support goods receipt against purchase orders, physical stock counts, labelling, and same-day variance reporting

Follow up with vendors on committed delivery dates, and coordinate technician schedules and tool kits for installation days

Call clients after installation to confirm everything is working, and make sure any complaint reaches the right person the same day





Accompany the team on installations and service visits across Chennai Who we are looking for

Final-year student, recent graduate, or postgraduate in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering, BBA, B.Com, or an MBA in Operations or Supply Chain

Available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, on-site, for at least three months — with no coursework or exam commitments that clash A workable daily commute to our Manjambakkam warehouse in north Chennai, or your own accommodation nearby

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets — able to build and maintain a tracker, not just open one

Comfortable on the phone with vendors, technicians, and clients

Fluent English and conversational Tamil is a strong advantage for on-ground coordination The honest picture

You will learn the full physical chain — purchase order to vendor to warehouse to truck to installed equipment at a client site. Most operations interns never see the whole thing. You will get real responsibility inside three months, and strong performers are considered for a full-time Operations Executive role at the end.

It is also six days a week, on-site at a warehouse in north Chennai. There is dust, heat, and heavy equipment. A lot of the work is following up, chasing, confirming, and documenting. Nobody will chase you for updates — if something is pending and you go quiet, a client finds out before we do.
