At Nap Chief, we're redefining kids wear for a recent generation of parents. We craft premium, super-soft clothing that kids love to wear and parents trust.Our mission is to empower the young generation and we are looking for you to join forces with us to conquer this mission.

The role

This is a hands-on process and automation role, not a developer role. You'll live in spreadsheets and lightweight scripts, turn messy manual work into clean repeatable processes, and use AI tools to do it faster than anyone expects. The best interns here find the boring, error-prone tasks and quietly make them disappear.

Responsibility

- Build and maintain Google Sheets / Excel trackers clean formulas, lookups, pivots, data validation that team leads actually trust.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for real work: drafting SOPs, cleaning data, summarising, and sanity-checking outputs before they go out.
- Spot-check that automated runs and dashboards populated correctly, and flag anything that looks off.
- Take one manual process a week and make it more reliable: a script, a template,



a checklist, or a better sheet.
- Write or tidy SOPs so a new joiner could follow them without asking a person.
- Write simple Google Apps Scripts / macros to automate repetitive spreadsheet and reporting work.
- Maintain templates and configuration: add new team members, update targets, spin up trackers for new workflows.
- Propose improvements as an intern close to the day-to-day, you'll see friction before anyone senior does.

You're a fit if you have:

- Spreadsheet fluency :- You're genuinely fast in Google Sheets and Excel: formulas, lookups, pivots, conditional formatting, and cleaning up someone else's mess. Comfort writing Apps

(Scripts or macros is a strong plus)
- AI fluency:-You've used Claude/ChatGPT for real tasks, can write a clear prompt, and just as importantly can spot a bad output and fix it.
- A process of mind:-You like turning chaos into checklists. You document what you did, follow steps exactly, and flag what you skipped.
- A crazy-fast learning speed:- You pick up new tools without hand-holding, read the docs, try the documented fix, and escalate with details when stuck. Three months from now you should be teaching others what you learned in week one.
- Clear written English and confidence.
