About the role We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to manage customer support, logistics coordination, and day-to-day operational activities for our apparel brand, Transition. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable handling customers across multiple channels, and be able to coordinate with courier partners and vendors efficiently. Resolve customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls .

Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, and product information. Provide timely and professional responses while ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up with customers until their issues are fully resolved.

Coordinate with courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket . Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, RTOs, pickup issues, and courier escalations. Coordinate with manufacturing vendors, printers, packaging suppliers, and other operational partners.

Follow up on production timelines and inventory availability. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors. Operations managementMonitor daily order flow and operational performance.





Maintain records of customer issues, refunds, exchanges, and logistics updates. Support inventory coordination and dispatch planning. Identify operational problems and help improve processes.

Skills required Good communication skills in Hindi and English . Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business . Good coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred candidate 0–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, logistics, or e-commerce .

Experience with courier coordination or Shopify/e-commerce operations is a plus. Candidates from Faridabad and South Delhi will be preferred due to office location and ease of commute.
