We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and tech-savvy Operations & Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, product quality checks, and vendor management.

Experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand will be highly preferred. The candidate should be a quick learner with robust coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day logistics and e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, courier partners, and logistics service providers.

Handle vendor management, including regular follow-ups, coordination, performance tracking, and issue resolution.

Coordinate warehouse activities, including inventory movement, stock handling, dispatch, and receiving.

Conduct product quality checks to ensure products meet defined quality standards before dispatch.

Monitor order processing, shipment status, delivery timelines, and returns/RTOs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory, logistics, vendors, and warehouse operations.





Identify operational gaps and proactively suggest solutions to improve efficiency.

Use relevant technology, software, ERP, inventory management systems, and e-commerce tools to manage and track operations.

Handle operational issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse & Vendor Management, or a related role.

Prior experience with an e-commerce or D2C brand is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience in vendor management and coordination.

Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.

Experience with product quality checking and dispatch processes.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with software, systems, and digital tools.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
