You don't necessarily need prior experience in the travel industry—we can teach destinations, systems and products. What You'll Do N

- Curate bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients.

- Design detailed itineraries tailored to individual preferences.
N
- Coordinate seamlessly with global hotel, airline and destination partners.
N
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
N




- Handle every journey with precision, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
N
- For the Senior Operations Consultant role, also develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
N

We're Looking For Someone Who Has Nn
- A genuine passionfor travel and geography.
N
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or another client-facing role.
N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
N
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
N
- Knowledge of travel systems such as TBO, RezLive, Expedia TAAP, Hotelbeds or similar is an advantage—but not essential.
N
- Destination certifications and prior travel industry experience are welcome, but not mandatory.
