We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations team. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced setting, this role is for you.

No prior experience is required. We value curiosity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn much more than previous work experience.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
- Coordinate order dispatches with logistics partners.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Manage inventory, including stock updates, audits, and reconciliation.
- Ensure products are stored, packed, and shipped as per company standards.
- Maintain accurate records using internal software and spreadsheets.
- Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement them.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
