Responsible for supporting the MST teams at the stores while executing processes across Resets & Services.
Work on the most recently executed resets, largest labour hour projects on auditing the reset execution.
Partners with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams
Assists with troubleshooting while quality audit of the bays executed by MST team.
Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes
Owns the communication and progress updates on a daily basis for resets & services.
Compliance to all Trackers Primary Skills (must Have) Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global)
Solid communication skills - ability to comprehend,
articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
