We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Delivery Manager to manage the complete journey from pedha preparation to final dispatch.

Role Overview

This is a field-oriented operations role—not a desk-only position.

You will coordinate closely with our pedha makers, packaging team, suppliers and delivery partners to ensure every order is prepared, packed and shipped correctly and on time.

The ideal candidate should have strong local knowledge of Dharwad–Hubballi, be comfortable working directly with traditional sweet makers and take complete ownership of quality and daily dispatch operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Coordination

Coordinate daily production requirements with pedha makers.

Communicate expected order quantities and dispatch deadlines.

Ensure pedhas are prepared according to agreed taste, quality, hygiene and consistency standards.

Monitor batch readiness and resolve production delays.

Maintain simple daily production and wastage records.

Quality and Hygiene

Inspect pedhas before packing for freshness, appearance, weight and consistency.

Ensure safe food-handling and hygiene practices are followed.

Identify damaged, inconsistent or unsuitable products before dispatch.

Coordinate corrective action with the production team.

Help establish repeatable quality-control checklists.

Packaging Operations

Train and supervise workers on the approved packaging process.

Ensure every box contains the correct number of individually packed pedhas.

Verify seals,



wrappers, labels, batch information and final presentation.

Ensure shipping cartons provide adequate protection during transit.

Monitor the availability of boxes, wrappers, labels and other packaging materials.

Prevent incorrect, damaged or incomplete orders from being shipped.

Order Fulfilment and Dispatch

Review daily orders and prepare an accurate dispatch plan.

Match every package with the correct customer and delivery details.

Coordinate pickups with Delhivery and other logistics partners.

Ensure orders are handed over within the promised timeline.

Record AWB and tracking details accurately.

Follow up on delayed pickups, undelivered shipments, returns and damaged parcels.

Inventory and Vendor Coordination

Maintain stock records for pedhas, packaging materials and complimentary products.

Estimate upcoming material requirements and prevent stock shortages.

Coordinate with packaging vendors and other local suppliers.

Track wastage, damages and operational discrepancies.

Help control fulfilment and delivery costs without compromising quality.

Reporting and Improvement

Provide a daily update covering production, packing, dispatches, delays and issues.

Track order accuracy, on-time dispatch, damages, returns and wastage.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements.

Build reliable processes that can support increasing daily order volumes.

Candidate Requirements

2–6 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics, food production, FMCG, retail, warehouse management or a related field.





Strong familiarity with Dharwad and Hubballi.

Candidates currently residing in or having strong roots and working knowledge of the Dharwad–Hubballi region will be preferred.

Willingness to travel regularly within Dharwad and nearby areas.

Comfortable working directly with sweet makers, packers, suppliers and delivery personnel.

Ability to train workers and enforce packaging and quality standards.

Strong ownership, discipline and problem-solving ability.

Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Comfortable using order dashboards, courier portals, WhatsApp and email.

Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada; working knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are strongly preferred.
