Key responsibilities: 1. Operations and Production Oversee machine scheduling, uptime and maintenance.
Monitor overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Control raw material inventory, resin usage and reduction of scrap.
Direct daily shop floor production and resources allocation.
Manage End to end production orders. 2.
Project
Management and Reporting
Track project timelines, budget limits and customer delivery deadlines.
Coordinate between purchase, production and logistics and track the project status on daily basis and report to management.
Drive efficiency, cost control and scrap reduction.
- Quality and Documentation compliance
Maintain all the documentations with respect to Production and quality departments complied with ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO14000.
