Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across NavGurukul’s programs and initiatives. This role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring program delivery, and supporting efficient processes for admissions, student support, and placement activities.

The Operational

Specialist will track key performance metrics, maintain operational documentation, and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and resource allocation.



The role also involves assisting with project planning, managing timelines, and supporting communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, impact-driven setting and contributing to continuous improvement of operational practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support data-informed decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and document processes clearly.

Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support outreach, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement that strengthen program reach and impact.

Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, streamline processes, and ensure consistent delivery of services.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and track progress toward milestones.

Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in the education or social impact sector, familiarity with remote collaboration tools, strong organizational abilities, and comfort working with diverse communities.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
