: Operational Head

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Operational Head to join our team in Bangalore . This is a full-time position within the Operations Department , dedicated to overseeing and optimising the organisation’s daily functions. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic foresight with practical execution, ensuring seamless operations, efficiency, and alignment with long-term business objectives.

The Operational Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational framework, driving excellence across departments, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define and implement operational strategies that align with organizational vision and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop long-term growth plans and business expansion strategies.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable operational initiatives.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximise efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and operational staff.
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Provide guidance and training to strengthen team capabilities and leadership pipelines.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting





- Establish clear KPIs and monitor operational performance against targets.
- Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present comprehensive and insightful reports to senior leadership.

Resource & Budget Management

- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, technology, and infrastructure.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to support operational efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify potential operational risks and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry standards.
- Develop contingency plans to safeguard business continuity.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in operations.
- Robust knowledge of process optimization, supply chain management, and organizational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
