We are looking for a proactive and organised Production & Operations executive to join our fashion business in NOIDA
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day production and ensure smooth coordination between production, inventory, order processing and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily garment production
- Assign targets and priorities to karigars and production staff
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain finished-goods inventory and stock records
- Update and manage online sales and order data
- Coordinate packaging and order-dispatch activities
- Prepare and track pending-order reports
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within committed timelines
- Coordinate with the production, inventory and e-commerce teams
- Identify operational delays and take timely corrective action
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, accountable and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously. Prior experience in garment production, fashion operations, inventory management or e-commerce order fulfilment will be preferred.
