- Manage end-to-end facility management operations across assigned client sites.
- Ensure smooth delivery of housekeeping, security, technical, landscaping, pest control, and other facility services.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise site managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve contractual commitments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution of services and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, incident reports, and monthly performance reviews.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimise resource utilisation.
- Handle emergency situations, escalations, and crisis management effectively.
- Support business development by participating in client meetings, site surveys, and mobilisation of new projects.
- Ensure proper documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee discipline at all assigned sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications in Facility Management are an added advantage.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Management or Integrated Facility Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
