: Operations Incharge About the Role We are building the founding team for our company and looking for an Operations Incharge to be a key part of this early journey. This is a foundational hire — someone who will help set up systems and processes as we scale, not just execute within existing ones. You will own coordination across production, dispatch, and orders, ensuring every project and deadline is tracked and delivered without gaps between teams.
Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of coordination across production, dispatch, and sales/order teams Track deadlines and status across multiple products/projects running in parallel Ensure production timelines align with dispatch schedules and order commitments Flag conflicts early — e.g., competing priorities for production capacity, at-risk deadlines, or commitments made without checking production feasibility Maintain clear, up-to-date tracking of project/order status (using shared sheets or tools like Trello/Asana) Communicate proactively with all stakeholders — internal teams, vendors, and clients where needed Support process-building as the company scales — help create the systems and workflows that don't yet exist Qualifications Graduate degree required (B.Tech/B.E., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience will also be considered Prior experience coordinating across departments (production, dispatch, sales/orders) strongly preferred Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment is a plus Skills We're Looking For Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and following up consistently Strong organizational and coordination skills — able to track multiple moving parts without losing sight of details Proactive problem-solver — flags issues early rather than after they become delays Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch Ownership mindset — genuinely invested in being part of a growing company, not just executing a defined role Willingness to go beyond fixed job boundaries when needed — this role will often require stepping outside a defined scope to get a problem solved Patience and diligence for detailed, day-to-day tracking, along with hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing/operations issues as they come up What We Offer The chance to be part of the founding team and shape how operations run as we scale Real ownership and authority over coordination decisions A role that grows in scope and responsibility as the company grows
