Role Description The Operation Executive – Pricing and Quotation is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This position is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive pricing and quotation proposals for logistics, supply chain, and related services. Day-to-day activities include analyzing customer requirements, gathering cost inputs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring timely submission of quotations.

The role involves tracking market rates, maintaining pricing databases, supporting negotiations with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Executive will collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to optimize margins, improve response times, and support overall business growth.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end pricing and quotation processes.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret cost structures, market trends, and customer requirements.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and basic commercial terms (INCOTERMS, freight, taxes) is beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis and report preparation is preferred.

Relevant education in business, commerce, operations, or a related field, along with prior experience in pricing, quotation, or operations, is an advantage.

Attention to detail, ability to work under time constraints, and a structured approach to documentation and follow-up are important.
