Role Overview

Chai Waale is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in restaurant operations and working knowledge of Petpooja POS Software. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily outlet operations, coordinating with store teams, monitoring sales and inventory, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth business operations across outlets. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support daily restaurant operations across assigned outlets.

Manage and maintain Petpooja POS software, including menu updates, offers, pricing, reports, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to SOPs.

Monitor daily sales, inventory, wastage, and stock movement through Petpooja reports.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Coordinate with Swiggy, Zomato, and other online delivery platforms for operational issues.

Assist in new outlet openings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.





Coordinate with maintenance, purchase, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.

Resolve outlet operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience in restaurant/QSR operations.

Hands-on experience with Petpooja POS Software is mandatory.

Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and SOP implementation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet workplace.

Preferred

Experience

Experience in QSR, café, or restaurant chains.

Knowledge of Swiggy, Zomato, and food delivery operations.

Immediate joiners preferred.
