Job Summary The Operations Executive – Business Expansion will be responsible for supporting the expansion of new retail showrooms by coordinating project execution, vendor management, operational setup, and cross-functional communication. The role ensures that all operational requirements are completed before store launch and that recent stores are fully equipped to commence operations on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end operational activities for new showroom launches.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding vendors for interiors, fixtures, branding, security, and utilities.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of expansion activities.
- Coordinate with the Design, Projects, IT, HR, Finance, and Sales teams during store setup.
- Ensure all statutory licenses, registrations, and operational compliances are completed before launch.
- Manage procurement of store fixtures, office equipment, POS systems, and operational supplies.
- Coordinate inventory movement and stock allocation for new stores.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of showroom staff in coordination with HR.
- Ensure installation of CCTV, internet, billing systems, ERP, and other operational infrastructure.
- Conduct pre-opening operational audits and prepare readiness checklists.
- Monitor project budgets and maintain expansion-related documentation.




- Travel to new store locations for setup, inspections, and launch support.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to management.
- Identify operational improvements to streamline future expansion projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, project coordination, or business expansion.
- Experience in the Jewellery, Luxury Retail, or Lab-Grown Diamond industry is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of retail store operations and expansion processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software.

Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
