Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with the plant team for timely sample requisitions and production planning.
- Monitor sample dispatch activities,track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials for R&D;, pilot-scale trials, and commercial production.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate domestic and export dispatches to ensure on-time order execution.
- Verify shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, COO, and other export documents) before sharing them with customers.
- Follow up with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely payment collection and resolution of payment-related issues.
- Perform export and import data analysis to support business planning, market intelligence, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with the R&D; and Pilot Plant teams to monitor product development activities and commercialization timelines.




- Prepare periodic R&D; and Pilot Plant development status reports and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain Gantt charts to track the progress of recent product development and commercialization projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and project milestones.
- Support Manager by preparing project progress reports, dashboards, and business updates.

Preferred candidate profile Designation: Executive-Business Development

Qualification: B.E. Chemical/B.sc/MBA /PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing

Experience: 03 to 5 years

CTC As per industry standard

Location Thane (H. O.)
