Role Description The Operating Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. The position involves coordinating day-to-day operations related to safety content production, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting with logistics for training sessions and campaigns, maintaining documentation and reports, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
