Online QC Inspector (2 Openings) · Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Online QC Inspectors. · Key Responsibilities:

o Conduct regular in-process quality checks during CNC machining and turning operations.

o Inspect dimensions, surface finish, and tolerances using precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, thread gauges, etc.).

o Analysing and Tracking of Rejection, Rework and Segregation work. o Maintain accurate inspection reports and logs for all active production lines. · Requirements:





o 1–3 years of experience in quality control within a precision manufacturing or CNC machining workplace (brass/copper industry preferred).

o Strong working knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring tools.

o Strong knowledge of Calibration. Good grip of RM and Visual inspection. o ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience). Final QA Inspector (2 Openings) · Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Final QA Inspectors. · Key Responsibilities:

o Perform comprehensive final inspections on final brass and copper components.

o Verify dimensional accuracy, material standards, thread integrity, and packaging compliance against client specifications.

o Prepare official Quality Assurance (QA) documentation regarding IMS, inspection certificates, and dispatch clearances.

o Analysing and Tracking of Rejection, Rework and Segregation work. o Handle customer quality requirements, internal audits, and coordinate root-cause analysis for any rejected parts. · Requirements:

o 4-5 years of experience in final quality assurance within the same industry.

o In-depth expertise in using advanced measuring equipment, GD&T; and reading complex technical drawings.

o Strong knowledge of Calibration. Good grip on RM and Visual inspection. o Strong commitment to quality standards, compliance, and zero-defect delivery.
