Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.

- Draft and submit customized proposals to potential clients under supervision.

- Maintain and update bidding records and track the status of proposals.

- Assist in creating pitch decks and client communication templates.

- Learn and implement best practices for client communication and proposal writing.

- Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand offerings.

- Report daily bidding activities and leads to the business development manager.

Requirements

- Current student or recent graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Basic understanding of freelance platforms and online marketplaces.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
