We are looking for a Principal Dev Ops Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, and platform engineering, with a strong track record of building highly automated, reliable, and secure deployment pipelines for enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build scalable cloud automation frameworks to enable secure, reliable, and automated application deployments.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, high-quality software delivery across development and production environments.
- Develop and maintain deployment tools, automation scripts, and reusable platform components.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
- Manage Kubernetes-based application deployments, Helm charts, and GitOps workflows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to improve deployment processes and platform reliability.
- Drive platform scalability, availability, security, and operational excellence across cloud environments.
- Establish deployment standards, release governance, and best practices throughout the SDLC.
- Optimize application performance across infrastructure, networking, databases, JVM, CPU, memory, and storage layers.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deployment and infrastructure incidents.
- Mentor engineering teams on DevOps culture, cloud-native architecture,



automation, and continuous delivery practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase engineering productivity and deployment efficiency.

Required Skills:

- 812 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Deployment Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
- Robust expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar).
- Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience implementing secure, automated deployment strategies for enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, including networking, databases, JVM, memory, CPU, thread management, and query optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments with modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Positive to Have:

- Experience with platform engineering and internal developer platforms (IDPs).
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience supporting high-frequency deployments and continuous delivery at scale.
- Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Experience coaching engineering teams in DevOps transformation and cloud-native adoption.
