The Manager, DevOps will combine strategic savvy with high technological acumen.

This individual will set team goals, hire hyper talented engineers, prioritize projects while also being actively involved in all cloud infrastructure and operations decision making, requirement identification and ensuring that the team executes with excellence.

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to envision, conceptualize and develop key technologies and processes to enhance OneTrust's long-term position in the market.

Your Mission :

- To manage software development, infrastructure rollout, and cloud operations in collaboration with other departments including design, buildout, documentation, and testing new and existing features.
- Analyze and resolve cloud infrastructure issues and needs in terms of the software's full life cycle.
- Oversee end-to-end operations activities for teams and their projects.
- Monitor reliability and performance of all infrastructure to suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines.




- Design strategies for future development projects based on the companys overall objectives and resources.
- Implement innovative technologies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight to the team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Find opportunities to improve operational and developmental processes.
- Build out onboarding and mentoring programs to teach and train engineers.

You Are :

- An excellent communicator, capable of understanding and explaining the big picture to all levels of stakeholders, vendors and clients.
- A leader experienced working through large, complex projects with multiple timelines.

Your Experience Includes :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of qualified DevOps experience.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Azure platform (preferred) or another public cloud platform.
- Ability to write scripts in one major scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell and/or Python.
- Ability to plan, schedule and monitor work activities in order to meet time and quality targets.
- Understanding of Container and DevOps technologies.
