Role Description The Onboarding Executive is responsible for guiding new housing societies through a smooth and structured implementation of the SecureSociety™ platform. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office society visits and some work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating kickoff meetings, gathering requirements from society management committees, configuring the platform based on community needs, and training residents, security staff, and administrators on product features. The role involves monitoring onboarding progress, resolving setup issues, documenting feedback, and collaborating with product and support teams to ensure a positive go-live experience.

Executive also helps refine onboarding playbooks, creates simple training materials, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders to drive product adoption and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technology in clear, simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven services.
- Basic technical aptitude to understand software workflows, dashboards, and configuration settings, with comfort using web and mobile tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects, track milestones, and follow up consistently.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail for identifying issues during rollout, documenting them, and coordinating resolutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, including on-site visits to housing societies and remote collaboration with internal teams.
- Prior experience working with residential communities, property management, or security services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience; fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai is beneficial.
