Job Title: On-Camera Content Creator – Real Estate

Location: Defence Colony, Delhi (In-Person)

SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company based in Greater Noida. Through our brands SNC Promoters & Developers and Rent A Roof, we showcase premium residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator to become the face of our brand across Instagram and YouTube.

Role Summary

If you enjoy being in front of the camera and love creating engaging video content, we’d love to hear from you.

As an On-Camera Content Creator, you’ll host property walkthroughs, create Instagram Reels and YouTube videos, and represent our brand professionally while helping showcase premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Content

Host property walkthrough videos.

Present residential and commercial projects confidently.

Create engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.

Explain property features in a simple and engaging manner.

Represent the company professionally across social media platforms.

Content & Shoot Coordination

Collaborate with the content and marketing team.





Follow scripts and contribute creative ideas.

Participate in content planning and shoot execution.

Communication

Communicate confidently in Hindi & English (Hinglish is welcome).

Interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

Maintain a confident and professional on-camera presence.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Anchoring, Hosting, or On-Camera roles.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication.

Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality.

Basic understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content.

Good to Have

Experience as a Content Creator, Presenter, Anchor, Host, or Influencer.

Interest in real estate or lifestyle content.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
