The Trainer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-impact live training sessions at the Suraasa Training & Development Center. This position involves assisting the lead Suraasa Trainer during scheduled live sessions (typically once a month) and ensuring seamless execution of training activities.

The role focuses on guiding teacher-learners, maintaining engagement, supporting technology integration, and upholding training quality standards to ensure an effective and enriching learning experience.

Nature of Role: Freelance Key Responsibilities

Assist the Suraasa Trainer during live, online training sessions conducted at the training center

Support teacher-learners by clarifying instructions, addressing queries, and facilitating discussions

Help manage classroom dynamics to promote active participation and learner engagement

Provide hands-on technical support related to digital tools, LMS platforms, and session technologies

Observe learner progress and share structured feedback and observations with the lead Trainer/Professor

Ensure training delivery aligns with defined quality standards and program objectives

Support session coordination, including attendance tracking, distribution of materials, and maintaining session flow Essential Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for hybrid and online learning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage adult learners effectively

Sound understanding of major Indian and international education boards, including: CBSE, ICSE / ISC, IB, Cambridge, NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a live training workplace Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. in Education)

Minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferably in IB board.
