- Develop, configure, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Support HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) integrations using HDL and REST API-based approaches.
- Perform end-to-end integration activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot failures, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for integration defects and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with HCM functional teams to validate data mappings and business rules.
- Support deployment activities across environments and ensure integration stability post-release.
- Maintain integration documentation, mappings, and support runbooks.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle integration best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
