Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the consumer banking group
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for customers




- Actively participate in branch-level initiatives and contribute to the implementation of the bank's strategic objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify growth opportunities and provide customized solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the branch
