This isn't a coffee-run internship.

At Albae, you'll work directly with the founders and be in the room where decisions are made. From marketing calls and content approvals to formulation science and dispatch logistics, you'll experience every aspect of building a science-first nutraceutical brand.

Shape marketing strategy and campaign calendars with us.

Review and approve/reject content before it goes live.

Understand our formulations well enough to explain Astaxanthin and Algal DHA to a stranger in 30 seconds.

Own logistics—from order dispatch and inventory checks to vendor coordination.

Shadow both founders across every function, gaining exposure to both the CEO and CTO sides of the business.

Every day will be different. Some days you'll be in strategy meetings, some days working on operations, and others diving deep into product science. That's what building a startup looks like.



Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has a background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or has a genuine hunger to learn the science behind Astaxanthin, Algal DHA, and fermentation-based nutraceuticals.

Is a sharp writer and an even sharper editor—you'll be approving copy, not just drafting it.

Is comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys solving problems in a lean startup environment.

Is based in Surat or willing to relocate. What You'll Gain
