Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide service information. Generate leads and schedule appointments for inspection or treatment.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers. Maintain customer records and update the database. Coordinate with the field service team for appointment scheduling. Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
