We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementations, solid business process knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP solutions.
- Work on modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Project.
- Perform GAP analysis and prepare functional documentation.
- Conduct UAT, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, implementation, configuration, and client interaction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
