Job Summary: The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Odoo modules tailored to our EMR requirements. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development Leadership:

- Lead the design and development of complex Odoo modules for the EMR software.

- Customize and optimize Odoo applications to meet specific hospital needs.

- Implement new functionalities and integrations as required.

- Technical Oversight:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Integration and Migration:

- Integrate Odoo with other hospital systems and third-party applications.

- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.

- Quality Assurance:

- Collaboration and Documentation:

Requirements

Qualifications:
