The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Nutanix HCI, VMware vSphere/ESXi, virtualization management, performance optimization, troubleshooting, migration activities, and infrastructure operations support. The candidate should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a 24x7 enterprise environment.
