Sambal Home Care (https://sambalhomecare.com) is looking for a qualified and compassionate nursing resource for home-based patient care in Mathura. The role involves providing bedside nursing support, monitoring patient condition, administering medication, maintaining records, and guiding family caregivers to ensure safe and effective care at home.

Role & responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients at home

- Deliver post-discharge care for patients recovering after hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments as per physician instructions and company protocols.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, infusion support, hygiene care, mobility assistance, and bedsore prevention, depending on training and case requirements.
- Observe changes in the patients condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor, supervisor, or care coordinator.
- Educate family members and caregivers on medication schedules, routine care, precautions, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, visit records, and patient care documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical care standards during all visits.
- Coordinate with doctors,



family members, and internal care teams to support the patients care plan

Preferred candidate profile

- GNM, ANM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration, where applicable under local requirements.
- CPR, basic life support, or first-aid training is preferred.

Work schedule

- Flexible shift options such as 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour duty, depending on patient needs and case assignment.
- Day shift, night shift, and rotational assignments may apply
