Job Title NSICU Incharge Location Almas Hospital Kottakkal Department Neonatal Surgical Intensive Care Unit NSICU About Us Almas Hospital is a leading healthcare institution in Kottakkal committed to delivering advanced medical care with compassion and excellence We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our NSICU team Role Overview The NSICU Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NSICU ensuring high-quality patient care effective staff management adherence to clinical protocols and compliance with hospital policies and standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing and support staff in the NSICU Ensure adherence to infection control patient safety and clinical protocols Monitor patient care and assist in managing critical cases Plan duty rosters manage leave schedules and ensure adequate staffing Conduct training orientation and performance evaluation of team members Collaborate with physicians and other departments for seamless patient care Prepare and maintain records reports and audits as required Handle emergency situations efficiently and support in crisis management Qualifications Experience B Sc M Sc Nursing with valid registration Minimum 5-7 years of ICU NICU SICU experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Robust leadership communication and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
