Managing customer support interactions through nonverbal, text/-based channels, such as live chat, corporate emailing, social media messaging, and in/-app support tickets, is your main responsibility. As the "Digital First/-Contact Resolution Guardian, " you assess user pain points, address technical or transactional billing difficulties, and conclude ticket workflows all at once by striking a balance between real/-time written articulation and product expertise.

The ideal applicant is a highly articulate writer who combines rapid keyboard typing with a methodical approach to handling several chat threads at once, navigating helpdesk software platforms, and upholding customer empathy.

Key Duties/: Multi/-Channel Digital Ticket Management/: Maintain a consistent tone and branding while conducting real/-time customer service engagements via social media feeds,



email strings, mobile app portals, and live chat windows.

Concurrent Chat Management/: Maintain low Average Handle Times AHT when managing two to four live chat sessions concurrently without sacrificing speed or response accuracy.

Written Issue

Diagnostics & Resolution/: Examine unstructured, text/-based client inquiries, identify technical issues or billing disputes, and provide concise, detailed written solutions.

Ticket Workflow Escalation/: Direct complicated accounts or infrastructure problems to specialist backend engineering teams with comprehensive case documentation when they cannot be fixed at the frontline level.
