About Utsav :

Utsav (utsavapp.in), built by Nirvann Applications Pvt Ltd, is a venture-backed devotion-tech platform for booking Hindu pujas, temple services and spiritual offerings online live in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. The 0 - 5 journey is done : the product is live, payments flow, devotees book daily. The mandate now is 5 - 100.

The Role :

This is Utsav's first Product Manager hire. You will not inherit a mature product org you will build the product function itself. You will sit next to the Founder & CTO, work hand-in-hand with the Growth Manager, and own the roadmap outright. Outsized ownership, direct impact, zero layers with the intensity and ambiguity of an early-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap end-to-end: discovery, specs, prioritisation, launch, iteration
- Drive the growth agenda with the Growth Manager : activation, retention, conversion and monetisation experiments
- Build deep user empathy across regions and languages devotees, pandits and temples are all your users




- Establish the metrics and analytics foundation : north-star definition, instrumentation, experimentation cadence
- Ship fast with a lean engineering team write specs clear enough to build without meetings

Who We Are Looking For :

- 6 - 8 years of product management experience in consumer internet / B2C
- Demonstrated scale-up experience you have taken a product through rapid growth (1 - 10 or 10 - 100)
- Data-fluent : SQL/analytics comfort, experiment design, metric-driven decisions
- Extreme ownership and hunger treats the product's success as personal success; doesn't stop at "valuable enough"
- Thrives in ambiguity and startup pace; no MBA required outcomes over pedigree
- Good to have : marketplace, faith-tech/devotional, or vernacular-first product experience
- Who should not apply : candidates seeking structured MNC environments, defined swim lanes, or a maintenance-mode PM role. This role is for builders.
