Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat ? Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead New Product Development (NPD) & R&D; projects
✔ Develop new product formulations and specifications
✔ Coordinate domestic & export product samples
✔ Conduct product analysis and commercial trials
✔ Prepare technical documentation and customer reports
✔ Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Quality teams
✔ Support product launches and exhibition sample preparation
✔ Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards ? We're Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
✅ Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, or a related field
✅ Strong knowledge of food formulation, product development, and quality systems
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
