Lead new product development from idea to launch

Coordinate with formulation labs, manufacturers, fragrance houses & packaging vendors

Research trends, ingredients, competitors & consumer insights

Manage product sampling, testing & feedback cycles

Track timelines and ensure projects move smoothly across teams

Work closely with the founders to shape future launches You'll be a great fit if you

Have experience in cosmetic/personal care product development

Come from a Cosmetic Technology, Pharmacy or relevant science background

Are highly organised and love bringing structure to chaos

Have strong ownership, follow-up and vendor management skills

Have an eye for great products, textures, fragrances and packaging

Are excited to build products from scratch in a fast-growing startup
