Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wadhwan for a Current Product Development Engineer. The role involves leading the design and development of new mechanical components and products, from concept through prototyping and validation. The engineer will collaborate closely with R&D;, production, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into feasible designs, perform design calculations, and ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Daily tasks include preparing 3D models and technical drawings,



conducting design reviews, supporting trials and testing, and implementing design improvements based on performance and feedback. The role also includes coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining documentation for certifications and approvals, and contributing to continuous innovation in processes and products.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills.

Candidates should possess experience in Product Development and Research and Development (R&D;).

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Candidates should possess proficiency with CAD/3D modeling tools and familiarity with precision machining processes.

Candidates should possess knowledge of automotive or precision component manufacturing standards;

experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 environments is beneficial.

Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree (e.g., B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related field) and practical experience in new product development.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently on-site in Wadhwan.
