As a Network L&D; Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

You are responsible for coaching, utilizing team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. Responsibilities Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

Managing and mentoring teams to deliver on project expectations and timelines

Analyzing and identifying linkages between system components to optimize learning outcomes

Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support learning initiatives

Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones

Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders

Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct What You Must Have At least 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a qualified services firm

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)

Designing learner journeys and learning objectives for diverse audiences

Managing stakeholder communications and relationship building effectively

Demonstrating learning agility to adapt to evolving business needs

Leading teams in complex project planning and execution

Mentoring junior staff to enhance their professional growth
