Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, troubleshoot, and manage TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS services.
- Work with Cisco Routers (1700s, 2500s, 2600s, 3700s) and Cisco Switches (1900, 2950, 3550, 3750, 4500, 6500).
- Manage Nexus 7k, 5k, and 2k network devices.
- Implement and optimize routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- Ensure Quality of Service (QoS) and maintain Virtual Port Channel (VPC) configurations.
- Work with network security tools, including Checkpoint and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Utilize network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, NetQos Performance Center (NPC), Cisco Prime Infrastructure, HP NAS, or equivalent.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, bandwidth, and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support and documentation for network operations.

Required Technical Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS).




- Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
- Understanding of QoS, VPC, and Nexus devices.
- Familiarity with firewall security solutions (Checkpoint, Palo Alto Firewalls).
- Experience using network monitoring tools.

Schedule & Work Conditions:

- Shifts: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Rotational shift.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of total work experience in Network Operations (preferred).
- Relevant network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.
